SPARK Connection as a company is formed in August, 2007 with the associates of the company who are well qualified and
experienced in the field of collection, Recoveries, Skip Tracing with One of the Collection Agency for ICICI Bank Ltd. As
a experience we had approached the Write off Cases of Credit cards where customer are skipped from their addresses both residence
and Office, we had done the process to trace those customer following with Recoveries, as we understand from these customers
they are categorized into three types (a) Those are Intentional defaulted and NITP, (b) Some of them are having pending dispute/
issues, (c) Rest got the chance to skip due to their circumstances. We can do the recoveries from all the three categories.
As we know that this is the rash, hard and difficult Collection stage but we are having expertise into that segment, o
are having worth to do all bucket collection/ Recoveries.
Apart of these expertise we are having hand on experience in the field hard core sales for the financial products as Indiabulls
Securities, Western Union Money Transfer and Tata Infomedia. As we had gained experience in the field of Sales; we have gone
through the rigorous follow-ups, timely visit and fruitful negotiation to get the sales executed. Mean to say we are having
vast knowledge of interacting customer and motivating them on our terms.
We have chosen the place for the operation of this Business, at Bhayander East-Thana, because of the some reasons like;
Location is very convenient to access whole western line, as well as we can reach the Thane with in 1 hrs of time and can
access the Central line also. The Location is also come under the MTNL circle network and all the facility like land line,
cable Internet connection and Electricity, we can access at the same quality and price what we are getting in Mumbai.
